Coaching is a process of discovery – a kind of detective work where we search for clues to discover what's causing you to feel stuck and overwhelmed by the challenges you are facing in your life.
During our coaching conversations I am fully focussed on you as I ask powerful questions that get to the core of what's troubling you.
I encourage you to reach deep inside and become crystal clear.
From this place of clarity you are empowered to move forward and create plans that will take you to your goals – and I have a wealth of experience and hundreds of strategies up my sleeves that I call upon to support you.
You will be motivated to connect with your dreams and desires, to make new enlivened choices, and to achieve what you really want to be, do and have your life.
How does it work?
We meet either in person, or via Skype/Zoom or phone, for regular sessions – the format depends on the choice of package you choose. You will be asked to commit to your coaching and to sign an agreement that encourages you to stick with it even when at times it may get tough. Just be prepared to bring an open mind and heart, be willing to go where you've feared to go until now and with my support, together we can positively change your life ... forever!
