The One Month Food Freedom Programme
  • 1 x 45 minute pre-programme session to clarify:

  • What your eating and weight issues are, how they are affecting your life now and what’s going to happen if you don’t get your problem sorted

  • Your goals and dreams for your weight, your body and your relationship with food and eating for the rest of your life

  • Your plan for the month ahead so you are clear about what to expect

  • 1 x 2 hour deep dive transformational sessions using RTT, NLP, Master Coaching Techniques 

  • To get to the root cause of your eating habits and what’s unconsciously blocking you from eating well and losing weight

  • To eliminate those blocks and food obsessions and reprogramme your mind to let go of dieting and unhealthy eating habits

  • To embed the idea that it's safe to shed weight and come to a weight is healthy for your unique body

  • To instill the true belief that your body knows how to eat intuitively and to trust that intuition

  • To boost your confidence, self esteem and trust that you can be eternally free of food and weight issues for life 

  • 1 x Personalised Transformational Hypnosis Recording

  • To rewire your mind and accelerate and embed the positive understanding you gain during your deep dive session
