Emotional Eating - sometimes called comfort or compulsive eating, is using food to make yourself feel better - eating to satisfy emotional needs, rather than to satisfy physical hunger. ​


Today, several million people in the UK are on a diet or weight reduction system of some kind. Sadly we know that these methods work for very few people in the long run: 95% will regain the weight they worked so hard to lose - but they will go on to try again and again even though there is massive proof that restrictive diets don't work if you want to lose your excess weight and be free from emotional eating for life!


My approach to this issue that affects so many millions of people is dramatically different. I see emotional eating as both a symptom of distress and a physical problem in itself and I work with both aspects using Rapid Transformational Therapy, Life Coaching and Health Coaching to support you to resolve and let go of this often painful dilemma.

With my process it's:
  • NO good or bad foods
  • NO weigh-ins, NO scales
  • NO points
  • NO numbers
  • NO colour coding
  • No calorie counting
  • NO fasting
  • NO when you can/can't eat restrictions 
  • NO exercise plans
  • JUST learning to drop your fear of food and to trust and respect yourself, your feelings,  your intuition, your own body and your own power 


This is my unique process which I continuously upgrade and update as I study and learn more about this distressing issue. I stopped bingeing and starving, and stabilised and normalised my eating, many years ago using many of the techniques I offer you in my programme but I've added new cutting edge stuff - like RRT and the latest dietary and health information I gained through my training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. New York. USA where I graduated with a specialism in Emotional Eating Psychology.


This is not a quick fix solution. It requires you to commit and to dig deep. It's not easy but I assure you, it's worth it! It takes time and courage but keep going and you will be free to eat what your body really wants, when your body really wants it. You will come to trust your body and maintain your natural, healthy body weight and size long term.
