What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
RTT is a fast, effective and powerful stand-alone therapy developed by Marisa Peer in the UK which combines the best of hypnotherapy with unique methods for permanent, lasting change.
Rapid Transformational Therapy works with the subconscious mind where everything we learn and experience is kept: experiences that have shaped how we feel about life in general; why we react to certain things in particular; all our programming, beliefs, habits and fears – and it's also the part of our mind that gives rise to epiphanies and brilliant ideas.
During an RTT session we access the subconscious mind directly using hypnosis. Rest assured, hypnosis doesn't 'take over' your brain! Hypnotic trance is a totally natural state of inward-focused awareness. It's similar to the experience of a flow state, like being totally absorbed when watching TV or a film or when meditating. This heightened state of focus gives our mind more control, not less. The critical chattering mind is bypassed and we can access beliefs and old programming formed many years ago.
The direct access hypnosis provides allows your subconscious mind to relax, be more receptive, open to giving you the information you need to understand the root, the reason and the cause of your food and eating problems. With understanding comes power - the power to let go of old redundant beliefs and habits and to transform them into new beliefs that serve you and your personal well-being now.
This rapid change process is based upon diagnosing what works with thousands of clients and this research has been used to build a totally new therapeutic approach
RTT is able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if you were simply trying to reach your unconscious mind via altered language and self-talk
My goal is to help you to be free of the chains that are holding you back from living a life you love – as quickly as possible
